Who do we help buy caravans?
Our prime customers vary, but mainly House builders for renovations, farm professionals, granny Annexe and emergency accommodation. Most leisure use caravan parks in the UK require you to buy through them, but we work with a couple who charge a very small fee to bring our caravans onto their site.
Can I buy with confidence?
Yes. We are a well known and established family owned business in the industry with over 28yrs experience and run on family values to do the right thing for customers.
We offer a FREE 3 month warranty on fixed electrical goods and gas appliances, so you have peace of mind.

Do I need planning for a caravan in my garden?
If you want to site a mobile home or caravan in your curtilage, most Local Authorities permit this provided the unit will not be used for commercial purposes, such as a holiday let.
The Caravan Sites Act 1968 states in section 29 of the Act what constitutes a caravan or mobile home. This is great news for homeowners as it means in many cases, you don’t need planning permission to site one of these structures within the curtilage of your dwelling.
How do we deliver caravans?
We use our own experienced team and contractors with specialist caravan lorries. We offer a 100 miles FREE delivery from the depot the caravan is in, extra mileage isn’t a lot, but contact us for more information.
They come with escorting pilot cars for the wide loads. 4×4 push in and siting services are available at an extra charge.
The nature of wide loads and schedules means we cant guarantee certain days and times, but keep you well updated.
How do I site a caravan on my own land?
Its super easy to prepare for the delivery of the caravn in terms of ground works and services. We can offer the full service for siting and level of the caravan, this ranges from £400 to £800 depending on how complex the job is. Contact us for a quote.

How Do I buy?
Most people buy online with confidence unless they live close. You are welcome to visits and view the stock, if there’s something you love but cant get down straight away, you can reserve subject to viewing. Or buy online by getting a condition report, video and sales contract. We are very honest about condition reports and you will have complete transparency when buying online.
How do I sell the caravan when i’m finished?
We buy most of our sales back and recycle. The price would come down to time of year and market, but we are fair and reasonable and collect for free. Please contact us and we quote.
How do I pay for the caravan?
We prefer BACS bank transfer payments, but accept major credit cards in person. Cash is not preferred, but we can take up to £8000 with identification.
The home needs paying for in full before delivery. Once deposit is paid, full payment is due 7 days later typically, we will only book transport once the home is paid in full. We can store the home for an agreed period until you are ready for it.
We offer finance through a third party company, subject to acceptance.

We open mon to sat at most depots, although we do pop out on assisted deliveries, so its best to call in advance of visit. 0333 7 333 555
